Graduate in Engineering, IT, Science, Computer Science, and Computer Application of any recognised university/ Institution of National Importance with 50% minimum of marks or equivalent grade (45% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes).
Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be confirmed subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) at qualifying examination.
A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Graduates from Open Universities or students having a degree through a correspondence course are NOT eligible.
Admission to SIG programmes is based on an Entrance Examination and a Personal Interview (PI). The final selection results will be declared as per the schedule on the SIG website:

Both the Entrance Examination and Personal Interaction (PI) will be conducted online.
🕓 The Entrance Examination and Personal Interaction schedule, along with the meeting link, will be shared closer to the examination date on the registered email ID after the completion of the registration process.
💳 A non-refundable fee of ₹1500/- must be paid online through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI using the payment gateway link provided in the application form.

NOTE
Master of Science (Data Science & Spatial Analytics) at Symbiosis Institute of Geoinformatics and Master of Science Degree - Technical Systems Control - Artificial Intelligence and Space Science at RUDN University, Russia. Students enrolled in this program will complete their first year at Symbiosis Institute of Geoinformatics and the second year at RUDN University, Russia.
The fees for the first year will follow the approved fee structure of Symbiosis Institute of Geoinformatics. The fees for the second year will follow the fee structure of RUDN University, Russia.
All admissions are provisional and are subject to approval by Symbiosis International University. All students must ensure submission of one copy each of the following documents, duly self-attested, during the commencement of the programme for submission by the Institute to SIU:
Producing originals along with the attested copy for verification is mandatory.
Note: Candidates are personally responsible for ascertaining whether they possess the requisite qualifications for admission. Being admitted provisionally does not mean acceptance of eligibility. Final eligibility for admission will be decided by Symbiosis International University.

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has various scholarship schemes to reward meritorious students.
With the objective of encouraging meritorious students and academic excellence, Scholarships/Awards are offered to deserving students of the University by the Symbiosis Society Foundation.
SIG awards merit scholarship under SIU policy for all postgraduate programmes. The following are the details of the Scholarship for Academic Excellence at SIG.
Merit Scholarship for Semester / Annual Toppers (Post Graduate & Undergraduate programmes)
First four toppers in the order of merit of every batch of every programme in every semester/annually will be awarded the Merit Scholarship.
The scholarship amount will not be paid directly to the students. It will be transferred by the University directly to the Constituent Institute for adjustment in academic fee of the following semester.
In case the student is a topper in the last semester of the programme, the scholarship amount will be transferred to the student’s bank account as per available records.
